Both! We have a beautiful studio in Plaza Midwood, Charlotte, NC. If you need us to come to you, we will set up a headshot station for your event or team headshots for an additional fee.

A session outside of the studio often takes up most of the photographer’s day when you add travel and prep time. Our pricing reflects the extra time and effort that goes into setting up and breaking down our headshot station.

Yes! If your company has existing headshots or photos taken by another photographer in one of your other national offices, show us the photos or your style guides and we’ll match the backdrop color and lighting.

We specialize in high-volume headshot photography at corporate events. Our setup is streamlined, averaging 2-3 minutes per person. This keeps the line moving quickly and ensures attendees spend more time networking and engaging with your event, not waiting for photos.

We use a seamless digital headshot selection system right on their mobile devices where each person views their images right after the session. This avoids back-and-forth emails later and ensures efficient flow during the event. Most importantly, there’s no extra work for you.

All retouched images are delivered in a secure online gallery, straight to their respective emails. You will also have access to download the entire gallery of headshots, and organize headshots by employee name for easy internal use.

Yes! We provide headshots optimized for LinkedIn profiles, websites, presentations, and print. This saves your marketing team the hassle of resizing files. Just let us know when you book.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue. This is standard for corporate event and on location photographers.

Federal Copyright Law states that the copyright of any photographic work created is immediately assigned to the photographer. The process to transfer that copyright is long and intensive, so Organic Headshots instead assigns a simple license to you which grants nearly every right and privilege a copyright would. You have hired us to take your photos so that you can use them, so your license allows you to publish, print, and distribute the photos everywhere without needing to credit us or pay us any additional fees or royalties. There are no hidden fees, commercial usage fees, or licensing fees.
